When producing PCBs you have to consider many things. For reducing possible errors directly at the assembly process, it’s important, to use high quality material properly. An essential part of the process is the preparation of the solder paste for the printing. The solder paste has to have the correct viscosity and temperature to ensure an optimal result.
With the asP2t solder paste mixer you can achieve that exact result.

For the effective increase of flexibility and quality of the printing and soldering process through optimal consistency of solder pasteand efficiency while processing as well as operating. Almost all kind of possible errors are shut down. The TFT-touch display enables an easy and uncomplicated operating of the machine by operator. It can hold up to 2 cans per mixing cycle. By using adapters the asP2t can be used with all well known solder paste cans. The mixing time can be set manually as well as by selecting a previously saved program fitting your solder paste.
For the perfect process controll and traceability we recommend additionally with the asP2t choosing the option "touch 'n trace". This includes scanning function and enables an integrated Traceability.
